Are you interested in volunteering with our project?
The success of the Playhouses is due in no small part to our amazing volunteers! Playhouses 2011 required over 500 hours of volunteer time. Ways that you can get involved:
Workbees...
Each playhouse has a certain theme, and that theme involves painting, staining, and helping the decorators do their work! Are you somebody who likes to work with their hands and has an evening or weekend free? This is the perfect way for you to help out!
Fundraising Committee...
Planning and organizing this fundraiser is a big job! We have a fundraising committee to help with the coordination of the playhouse themes and to gather community interest. We'd love your motivated planning and your fundraising expertise!
Ticket Sales...
Undoubtedly the biggest need for volunteers is for ticket sales. We have ticket sales shifts every day from kickoff until draw day. Shifts are 10 - 1, 1 - 4, 4 - 7, and 7 - 9. This is an easy and relaxing way to volunteer your time to our Playhouse fundraiser! Bring a good friend and a cup of coffee to spend a few hours in the sunshine. You'll see firsthand how excited the community is!
Contact the office if you have time to spare for a great cause!
